This Privacy Policy explains how AI HomeScan 3D ("we", "us") handles information when you use our iOS app and related services.
To provide the core features (build plans, generate staged photos and tours, manage credits and share pages), to operate and secure your account, to process purchases, and to improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
Photos you submit for staging or video are sent to our processing provider (fal.ai) to generate results. They are processed to fulfil your request and are not used to identify you.
We use Apple (sign-in, payments), Supabase (database, storage, authentication), and fal.ai (image/video generation). They process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Your content is stored in owner-scoped, access-controlled storage and retained while your account is active. You can delete your data at any time from the app (Profile → account controls); deletion removes your scans, photos, and account records.
You can access, export, or delete your data in-app. Depending on your location (e.g. EEA/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have additional rights; contact us to exercise them.
AI HomeScan 3D is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
