These Terms govern your use of AI HomeScan 3D, a product of Emouna LLC ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own real-estate and property purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Staged photos, restyles, and videos are virtually generated for illustration only. They may not reflect the actual condition of a property. You are responsible for disclosing virtual staging where required (e.g. MLS rules) and must not present AI-generated imagery as an unaltered depiction.
Floor plans and areas are estimates produced from a device scan and are not a substitute for a professional survey or appraisal. Do not rely on them for construction or legal purposes.
Don't use the app unlawfully, scan spaces you don't have permission to capture, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, or unlawful content. You may not create, upload, generate, or share content that is offensive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and you may not use the app to abuse others. You can report content or abuse at any time by emailing support@aihomescan3d.com; we review reports promptly and may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of your scans and photos. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process them to provide the service.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
Emouna LLC is a Florida limited liability company. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply where you live.
We may update these Terms or the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
